What counts as a vCPU

Wave's 200 vCPU threshold is the sum of allocatable vCPUs across all worker nodes in the cluster. Control-plane nodes don't count.

All install methods except AWS Marketplace Metered need a license key. Under 200 vCPUs the key is free — contact us and we will issue one.
